APPRENTICESHIP
At On Call Service the opportunities are endless. We invest in apprentices’ development because their growth is our growth. We are fully committed to supporting the training of people in the work place and encourage the recruitment of school leavers and college students. This will ultimately provide them with the necessary skills and qualifications that they need to succeed in their chosen career.
Our apprentices don’t pay towards their apprenticeships. We cover all training and qualification costs and apprentices’ salary.
When the programme ends, you’ll have the opportunity to secure a permanent position with us. Some choose to start working permanently straight away and others choose to expand their skillset and progress onto another apprenticeship. In terms of development, we set individual training schedules for staff. Our recent success includes two apprentices who have all completed their apprenticeships with us within the last 18 months and all continue to be part of our team.
